Description

  • Drive regional sales efforts for ForceMetrics’ public safety platform, with a focus on law enforcement agencies in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market planning, including deployment, marketing, legal, and operations.
  • Present and demonstrate product capabilities, use cases, and value to law enforcement and other public-sector stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with departments, city leaders, government officials, and other decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and lead generation through customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and company reporting using MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences to expand market presence and customer relationships.
  • Develop creative approaches with internal and external advisors to meet customer needs and sales goals.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship, current U.S. residence, willingness to pass an FBI background check, and willingness to take a drug test.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR per year, primarily through net new logo wins.
  • History as a top performer, consistently ranking in the top 10% of stack rankings.
  • Experience in the public sector B2G vertical.
  • Comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements and supporting new customers through onboarding.
  • Strong executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Early-stage tech startup experience is preferred.
  • Proven success selling SaaS platforms into net new logo accounts with complex procurement requirements is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory are strongly preferred.
