Description

  • Own and grow the assigned territory by identifying, developing, and closing law enforcement sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline from prospecting and lead generation through customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, sales goals, deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences and engage with law enforcement stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and educate agencies on the platform’s use cases, features, and value.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and company reporting with accuracy and transparency.
  • Use the MEDDPICC methodology to manage the sales process and improve deal execution.
  • Negotiate legal agreements with customers and support onboarding for new customers.
  • Develop tailored solutions with internal advisors and law enforcement veterans to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship, current U.S. residency, FBI background check clearance, and willingness to take a drug test.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR annually, primarily through net-new logo sales.
  • History of top performance, consistently ranking in the top 10% of stack rankings.
  • Experience in the public sector B2G vertical.
  • Strong executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements and supporting customer onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Early-stage tech startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior success selling SaaS into complex procurement environments is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory are strongly preferred.
