Description

  • Own talent acquisition end to end for B2B SaaS hiring, from intake through offer.
  • Build and maintain AI-first sourcing and recruiting automation workflows.
  • Use AI sourcing tools to identify, engage, and qualify candidates.
  • Continuously experiment with outreach, targeting, and sequencing to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Translate founder hiring needs into clear sourcing and screening criteria.
  • Ensure only high-signal candidates are presented to founders.
  • Refine the hiring funnel based on candidate quality and hiring results.
  • Advise founders on talent availability, compensation expectations, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Push back on unclear requirements or unrealistic expectations and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of sourcing strategy and hiring outcomes.
  • Experience hiring for B2B SaaS companies; Engineering and/or GTM experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building or significantly improving recruiting systems, not just filling roles.
  • Hands-on experience with AI sourcing or recruiting tools such as Juicebox/PeopleGPT, Pin, SeekOut, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing and iterating on AI-driven sourcing or screening experiments.
  • Comfort building automations with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Familiarity working with APIs to automate, extend, or connect recruiting workflows.
  • Clear understanding of how automation reduces manual recruiting work and improves funnel efficiency.
  • Systems-oriented, highly data-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fully remote environment.
  • Proactive about challenging unclear requirements or unrealistic timelines.
  • Experience building recruiting systems or infrastructure from scratch is a plus.
  • Background in recruiting operations, talent systems, or technical sourcing is a plus.
  • Experience with Airtable, Clay, or custom workflows is a plus.
  • Experience in early-stage or lean startup environments is a plus.
  • Fractional or embedded startup recruiting experience is a plus.
