Description

  • Own inbound qualification by responding quickly, running first-touch qualification, and cleanly dispositioning leads.
  • Run outbound ABM prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calling to engage target accounts and build pipeline.
  • Build and maintain Tier 1 and Tier 2 target account lists, including buyer committee contacts such as decision-makers, champions, and technical evaluators.
  • Research prospect triggers such as hiring, funding, product launches, and integrations to personalize outreach and improve engagement.
  • Qualify and book high-quality meetings for the CEO and AE with clear ICP and BANT context, especially for higher-ACV opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, including activity logging, notes, dispositions, source attribution, and reporting.
  • Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, offers, and segments, then track results and apply learnings.
  • Use automation and AI tools responsibly to scale prospecting without sacrificing quality.
  • Present weekly updates in Sales, Marketing, and Team meetings on pipeline created, leading indicators, learnings, and next experiments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or an equivalent outbound pipeline role.
  • Ability to overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting with demonstrable pipeline generated and meetings set, not just activity volume.
  • Experience booking and qualifying meetings for mid-market or enterprise deals is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort conducting calls.
  • Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Smartlead, Instantly, and Sales Navigator.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with AI-enabled prospecting or outbound automation tools such as Clay or similar is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, data, or platform sales is a plus.
  • Startup experience is a strong plus, including comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
