Description

  • Own end-to-end automation for client quarterly business reviews, including slides and commentary.
  • Automate recurring weekly and monthly client reporting in partnership with Data Engineering.
  • Provide data analysis, benchmarks, and cuts for RFP responses.
  • Create and maintain the client SLA framework and evaluate new SLA requests.
  • Build and maintain the external metrics used across Sales, Customer Success, RFPs, and QBRs.
  • Represent Foodsmart’s clinical ROI story in client conversations and QBRs.
  • Act as the analytical consultant behind Foodsmart’s external narrative.
  • Collaborate with the broader analytics team to incorporate member engagement and clinical outcomes data.
  • Partner directly with Sales and Customer Success leadership as the embedded analytical lead.
  • Present data and support client/prospect conversations when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative or technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI, with external-facing reporting experience.
  • 4+ years leading teams.
  • Experience in an equivalent role at another healthtech company.
  • Direct experience supporting RFP processes with data and analysis, ideally in healthcare, Medicaid, or payer-adjacent contexts.
  • Experience building or owning SLA frameworks, or a clear point of view on how to structure one.
  • Comfort discussing clinical ROI and outcomes methodology at a business level.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • Expert-level SQL and working knowledge of Python.
  • Deep production experience with dbt, including source and metric modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer design.
  • Experience with BI and AI self-service context engineering, such as semantic layer definitions and metric documentation in Omni, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Proven fluency with AI-native tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Hex AI Agent, or Omni AI in production workflows.
  • Experience automating recurring reporting deliverables using AI or workflow tooling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for external, non-technical audiences.
