Description

  • Own the Community Growth intelligence agenda and prioritize high-value strategic and analytical questions.
  • Frame ambiguous growth opportunities into hypotheses, analytical plans, opportunity sizing, and recommendations.
  • Build investment cases connecting strategy, resources, expected impact, tradeoffs, and risks.
  • Define metrics and measurement frameworks, analyze data, and partner with Data Science on deeper analyses.
  • Establish operating rhythms through portfolio prioritization, business reviews, progress reporting, and results narratives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Advise Community Growth leaders and senior stakeholders by surfacing assumptions, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
  • Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists while contributing hands-on.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in community growth, community marketing, strategy and operations, product strategy, business analytics, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a consumer product or platform.
  • Track record of sizing opportunities, building investment cases, and translating analysis into measurable prioritization decisions.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and experimentation or rigorous evaluation approaches.
  • Experience managing and developing people while contributing directly to analytical work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready storytelling.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous, fast-moving problems and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Experience in consulting, chief of staff, business operations, or growth strategy roles combining structured problem-solving with execution.
  • Experience in both scaled consumer organizations and startup or scale-up environments; product-led, ecosystem, or community growth experience preferred.

  • Base salary range of $223,600–$313,000 USD.
  • Restricted stock unit equity; commission may apply depending on the position offered.
