Description

  • Serve as a strategic leadership partner to assigned departments across the organization.
  • Translate business requirements and challenges into HR actions and initiatives.
  • Provide daily coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support to people leaders.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, associates, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Drive cyclical HR processes and reporting within assigned business areas.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities, including onboarding and integration of new associates.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team.
  • Lead or support strategic HR projects and organizational change efforts.
  • Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support workforce planning, hiring needs, and onboarding activities for new and existing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience is required.
  • Experience at a national firm with multiple locations and 1,000+ associates, or in a similarly fast-growing organization, is required.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • HR certifications or designations are preferred.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and organizational values.
  • Demonstrated confidence in autonomous decision-making and employee relations issue resolution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take strong personal ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance HR practices with business needs.
  • Experience managing people, processes, projects, and change management.
  • Comfort working with evolving priorities and changing business needs.
  • Experience with HR processes, policies, systems, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred, as the HRIS is being implemented.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $115,000 to $135,000.
