Description

  • Develop, revise, and present financial plans using planning software.
  • Create and deliver tax, estate, insurance, and retirement planning recommendations.
  • Identify advanced planning opportunities and help develop internal best practices.
  • Build a holistic investment strategy for each client and monitor risk tolerance over time.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Management team to approve and execute portfolios, trade recommendations, and tax-loss harvesting.
  • Collaborate with other Associate Wealth Advisors and cross-functional team members to support client service.
  • Lead client communications and interactions through email, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for client needs and maintain accurate records in the CRM platform.
  • Complete client billing reviews and support compliance for the advisory team.
  • Lead a select number of client relationships and financial planning recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Series 65 or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of financial services experience.
  • CFP® or equivalent credential preferred, such as ChFC or CPA + PFS.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in financial software and modeling/analysis tools, including CRM tools.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $60,000 to $125,000.
