Description

  • Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Mid-Market segment.
  • Own the full revenue engine, including outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals.
  • Act as a hands-on player-coach by joining discovery calls and demos during the initial build phase.
  • Lead and scale an initial pod of 8 to 10 sales representatives.
  • Hire and mentor Sales Directors as the organization grows from 10 to 40+ remote representatives.
  • Establish KPIs and build a rigorous forecasting model to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Coach the team on technical messaging and value selling for DevOps and data security solutions.
  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a fully remote workforce.
  • Develop repeatable processes that can serve as the blueprint for broader expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on problem-solving mindset with a preference for doing the work rather than high-level observation.
  • Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people.
  • History of developing leaders of leaders.
  • Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
  • Must reside in the United States to manage the domestic market.
  • Experience scaling from an initial team to 40+ remote representatives is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to sell a technical product suite and translate features into customer value.
