Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and communicate Flosum’s value proposition, vision, and strategy.
  • Run technical fit discovery by exploring, validating, and quantifying customer problems through discovery calls, reverse demos, and related activities.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and trials to prove out customer use cases.
  • Build credibility and trusted relationships with technical champions at prospects and customers.
  • Lead technical validations, proofs of concept, RFIs/RFPs, infosec evaluations, and other technical due diligence activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to share customer insights and improve the platform.
  • Manage the technical side of the sales cycle from discovery through evaluation and adoption support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Presales Architect, or similar presales solutioning role.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce administration and development.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business and technical acumen.
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with DevOps-related products and technologies (preferred).
  • Comfort with learning new technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with data modeling or Salesforce operations (preferred).
  • Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (US & Canada) or Central Time Zone.
