Description

  • Design and implement an end-to-end automated testing framework spanning AWS-hosted web applications and Salesforce-native workflows.
  • Automate user journeys that start in the cloud web UI and trigger actions such as deployments or metadata backups inside Salesforce.
  • Create stable Salesforce Lightning UI tests that handle dynamic IDs and Shadow DOM components.
  • Develop API automation suites to validate real-time data integrations, webhooks, and secure queues between AWS and Salesforce.
  • Integrate automated test suites into Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Validate enterprise DevOps data synchronization across cloud microservices and Salesforce metadata.
  • Collaborate on testing coverage for high-throughput background processing and core platform workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in QA Automation Engineering, specifically with complex enterprise integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security models, and developer workflows.
  • Proficiency in code-first automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce-specific automation tools such as Provar, ACCELQ, or UTAM is acceptable in place of code-first automation.
  • Expertise in REST API testing.
  • Strong command of SOQL queries for direct Salesforce database verification.
  • Solid experience implementing automated test steps within CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud developer tools.
  • Experience handling Salesforce Lightning UI testing challenges such as dynamic IDs and Shadow DOM components.
  • Experience with AWS-hosted web applications and cloud-based integration testing is relevant to the role.
