Description

  • Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap across DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
  • Identify new opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem to create new product categories or win share from competitors.
  • Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into enterprise product capabilities customers will pay for.
  • Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps features built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how the extensibility platform supports custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce’s trust boundary.
  • Pioneer agent-aware governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
  • Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points around development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, product demos, and competitive evaluations.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release coordination, and delivery.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping products adopted and paid for by enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 and regulated industries.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML tools such as Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud will reshape Salesforce development and governance.
  • Hands-on execution style with experience writing PRDs, talking to customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite audiences and write technical specifications for engineering.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action.
  • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company, preferred.
  • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries, preferred.
  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives such as self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics, preferred.
  • Ability to articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change Salesforce development, preferred.
  • Experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority, preferred.
