Description

  • Work with current and potential partners to support customer research, business development, feedback collection, and roadmap planning.
  • Define product release slices for clinician experiences that optimize time to value.
  • Measure and analyze product success and failure metrics and align them with business goals.
  • Align the product team on strategy and prioritize work in progress to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Create product artifacts such as roadmaps and product briefs to align the organization.
  • Support the team through the product build and launch process.
  • Manage milestones and deliverables to maximize time to value.
  • Define methods for customer feedback loops.
  • Work with customers and external stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to bring products to market and coordinate product decisions across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience working on clinician-facing experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a complex healthcare environment.
  • User-focused, empathetic, and curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience driving software products forward, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Comfort taking calculated risks and making decisions under ambiguity.
  • Must be located within the United States and willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences 1-2 times per quarter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Background in healthcare and knowledge of healthcare complexity (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred).
  • Not eligible for employer visa sponsorship; must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment.
