Description

Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap across DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Identify new opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and define product directions that can create new categories or win share from competitors.
Translate Salesforce platform changes, architecture, and enterprise needs into product capabilities customers will pay for.
Lead AI-powered product initiatives built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, automated code review, security scanning, and predictive release management.
Define how the platform supports custom AI-driven workflows and agent-aware governance within Salesforce’s trust boundary.
Work directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points around development, security, compliance, and data management.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, product demonstrations, and competitive evaluations.
Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines.
Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release coordination, and product KPI tracking.
Develop and execute plans to improve competitive win rates and launch new capabilities that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
At least 3 years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of Salesforce, including metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
Proven experience shipping products adopted and paid for by enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 and regulated industries.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of competitors such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
Strong perspective on how AI/ML tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud will reshape Salesforce development and governance.
Hands-on product execution experience, including writing PRDs, speaking with customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
Exceptional communication skills for both executive-level presentations and technical specifications.
Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem is preferred.
Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries is preferred.
Experience leading product-led growth initiatives, including self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics, is preferred.
