Description

  • Deploy and train at least one AI SDR agent within the first 30 days and refine it weekly until it outperforms lower-performing human reps.
  • Build an AI-powered inbound qualification system that captures, scores, and routes website and form-fill leads in real time.
  • Automate CRM hygiene, call summarization, follow-up sequencing, proposal drafting, and pipeline updates to increase AE selling time.
  • Architect and maintain the AI layer across Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, and Gong so data flows without manual intervention.
  • Develop a competitive intelligence engine that tracks competitors, pricing changes, and product launches and shares insights weekly.
  • Create hyper-personalized outbound campaigns at significantly higher volume using AI-driven account research and multi-channel sequencing.
  • Instrument closed-loop feedback between BDR activity, pipeline outcomes, and AI agent performance to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Deploy AI-assisted customer health scoring and churn prediction to surface at-risk accounts before renewal.
  • Prototype AI-powered product-led growth touchpoints such as conversational qualification, self-serve onboarding assistance, and automated trial nurture.
  • Evaluate, select, and deploy AI vendors per use case using a structured bakeoff process with reference checks, FDE conversations, and training commitments.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR or BDR agents in a real B2B sales environment for at least 90 days.
  • Deep working knowledge of the modern B2B GTM stack, including Salesforce, Marketo or a similar MAP, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and Qualified or Drift.
  • Ability to write and maintain production integrations using Python, JavaScript, or equivalent to connect AI agents to CRM and sequencing tools via APIs.
  • Ability to ship working code, not just configure no-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline math and unit economics, including conversion rates, SQL targets, and revenue planning.
  • Experience orchestrating multiple AI agents across segments or functions while preventing duplicate outreach and maintaining data quality in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to build prompt libraries, training datasets, and refinement workflows for AI agents.
  • Comfort working in a company at approximately $4M ARR with a small, high-intensity team and limited support staff.
  • Strong judgment on when AI should replace human effort versus augment it, with awareness that poor automation can hurt deals.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including DevOps, CI/CD, data protection, and compliance workflows as a major advantage.
