Description

  • Own end-to-end production of recurring virtual sessions, including scheduling, run of show, rehearsals, speaker preparation, platform setup, moderation, Q&A, and live troubleshooting.
  • Plan and execute in-person events ranging from intimate gatherings to multi-day cohort experiences, managing venues, production, AV, vendors, travel, and on-site operations.
  • Manage the events calendar across instructor and practitioner availability, programming requirements, and learner time zones.
  • Coordinate logistics with instructors, guest practitioners, executives, and their teams from preparation through event execution.
  • Develop scalable event processes, including templates, checklists, escalation paths, contingency plans, and post-event workflows.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, contracts, and negotiations while balancing scope, quality, and cost.
  • Partner with Community, Marketing, Product, and channel teams to drive attendance and improve the learner experience.
  • Use event data, feedback, and AI-enabled tools to improve programming and scale the Events function.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in event management, production, or experiential programming.
  • Experience managing both recurring virtual events and multi-day in-person experiences.
  • Deep experience producing live virtual programming and troubleshooting during live events.
  • Experience managing venues, vendors, AV, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage weekly programming alongside large event builds.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with high-profile speakers, executives, talent, and their teams.
  • Proficiency with event technology, data, and emerging AI tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours across time zones.
  • Applicants must be based in AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, Ontario, or British Columbia.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $121,000–$145,000 USD for NYC, California, and Washington locations.
