Description

  • Own the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL to SQL to pipeline value.
  • Lead the internal marketing team, set KPIs, remove blockers, and manage day-to-day execution.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for high-ACV enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to strengthen the GTM engine and refine account-based marketing playbooks.
  • Support strategic selling initiatives across marketing and sales.
  • Deliver executive reporting focused on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Shield the CEO from day-to-day marketing operational noise.
  • Build a predictable and scalable enterprise demand-generation engine.

Requirements

  • Experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building pipeline for enterprise buyers with $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Highly tactical, hands-on approach with the ability to write copy, build campaigns, analyze data, and execute directly.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integration, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience with ABM orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with intent data tools.
  • Ability to work in a fractional, part-time contract role on a short-term basis.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is preferred.
