Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the post-sale lifecycle, including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers, executives, and champions in each account.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve net revenue retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support product adoption, time-to-value, account health, and gross revenue retention goals.
  • Lead executive business reviews and translate platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by surfacing feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
  • Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts with $100K+ ACV.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic conversations.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, with Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools or release management processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, or agile development practices is preferred.
  • Background working with enterprise customers is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin or Platform App Builder are preferred.
