Description

  • Conduct detailed customer discovery to uncover needs, drivers, dependencies, and challenges.
  • Deliver presentations, customized demos, working sessions, and scoping meetings to qualify opportunities.
  • Work with customer solution architects to design solutions, document them, and secure customer buy-in.
  • Scope and document technical solutions and project plans for prospective customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with professional services, delivery, and engineering teams to validate technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Secure commitments from customer technical stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met for deal closure.
  • Define proof-of-concepts with clear success criteria and support conversion through delivery guidance.
  • Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires with customer InfoSec and internal technical teams.
  • Support development of the overall business case and contribute thought leadership to customer conversations.
  • Maintain market awareness, gather competitor intelligence, and build trusted-advisor relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker.
  • 8+ years of pre-sales engineering or consulting experience in fraud, financial crime, or related technology, working with top-tier customers.
  • Experience in enterprise architectures and AI solutions preferred.
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in fraud prevention, AML, and the financial-crime landscape.
  • General understanding of security frameworks.
  • Technical awareness of Linux, cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, data formats like CSV, XML, and JSON, databases and storage, API integrations, HTML, JavaScript, SDKs, and SPA development.
  • Basic understanding of analytical techniques and the constraints of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create custom market-facing presentations.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20%–30% locally and internationally.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in building a career with an international organization.
