Description

  • Own customer implementation projects end-to-end from onboarding through deployment and ongoing customer success.
  • Configure, validate, and optimize the Intelligent Grid Platform using customer utility data and network models.
  • Advise utility customers on grid planning, utility operations, interconnection workflows, and best practices.
  • Lead customer workshops and stakeholder discussions to define requirements and drive project outcomes.
  • Help utilities integrate the platform into planning and operational processes to accelerate adoption and value realization.
  • Translate customer needs, industry trends, and market insights into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value.
  • Mentor and support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Support go-to-market efforts through product demos, technical presentations, RFP responses, partner engagements, and event participation.
  • Represent the company at conferences, webinars, workshops, and other industry forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in customer-facing or cross-functional environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in power systems and electrical engineering principles.
  • Experience in utility planning, interconnections, grid modernization, and/or power system design.
  • Familiarity with distributed energy resources (DERs), hosting capacity analysis, grid planning software, GIS systems, or utility analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the electric utility industry, including planning processes, utility data, planning studies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage customer and stakeholder relationships across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, team collaboration, and Boston office visits.
