Description

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Alliance Managers and Associates.
  • Design and execute the North America consulting partnership roadmap aligned to revenue targets.
  • Establish standardized partner onboarding and enablement playbooks for a scalable regional experience.
  • Track team KPIs, pipeline health, and partner-sourced revenue using Salesforce.
  • Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners, including Big Four and other top advisory firms.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align consulting partners with Account Executives and territory workflows.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on campaigns, webinars, and regional events for the OCFO audience.
  • Serve as a feedback loop between strategic partners and the Product team to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Represent FloQast at partner meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
  • Handle partner issues quickly and professionally and support additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies.
  • Proven success in an Alliances role is required.
  • Experience working in the Accounting Advisory or Consulting domain; Big Four experience is a plus.
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-level executives.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-level executives and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Tenacious, target-driven, and committed to self-improvement.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to stay organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • CPA and/or public accounting experience is a strong plus but not required.
  • Experience in ERP, accounting, financial management, financial ops, or FinTech is a plus but not required.

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $190,000.
