Description

  • Cultivate relationships with executives to close new enterprise business deals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing.
  • Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers through outbound phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls with customers and the implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve team performance and related processes.
  • Work closely with BDR Managers to maintain communication and alignment across the sales organization.
  • Provide feedback on competitive activity and future product direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and how FloQast solves them.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, up to 40%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the office of the CFO at enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota, ideally in the top 10% of a previous team.
  • Strong competitive drive, ambition, and self-starter mindset.
  • Collaborative team leadership orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring AEs or leading AE trainings on topics such as partnerships, Sandler, forecasting, and deal review.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Clari.
  • Remote work eligibility from Delaware, DC, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
