Description

  • Cultivate relationships with executives in the mid-market space to close new business deals.
  • Drive the sales cycle by coordinating product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing.
  • Develop relationships with key influencers and decision makers through outbound phone, email, and social media outreach.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to maintain clear communication across the sales organization.
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls with the customer and implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Work cross-functionally by sharing competitive insights and feedback on future product direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges in closing the books and how FloQast solves them.
  • Collaborate with strategic external partners to support client implementations.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, up to 30%, to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales closing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in accounting, audit, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS into the office of the CFO.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota, ideally in the top 10% of a prior company.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and self-starter mentality.
  • Strong collaborative orientation and ability to work effectively on a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Gong.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $85,000-$125,000 CAD.
