Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing bus operator partners to support mutual growth and profitability.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other stakeholders to expand Flix's US Central presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute a cohesive strategy.
  • Develop processes and coordinate cross-functional projects to keep work moving efficiently and on time.
  • Analyze partner performance using data-driven insights and help adjust network strategy to maximize profitability.
  • Represent Flix at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an externally facing role such as business development, sales, account management, consulting, or strategic roles.
  • Ability to work in the Midwest region of the United States.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of companies and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously toward ambitious targets.
  • Comfort with rapid change and ambiguity.
