Description

  • Re-engage inactive recall patients from a large backlog and get them scheduled for care.
  • Manage and follow up on a high-volume pipeline of digital marketing leads through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Book routine cleanings, deep cleanings, and preventative appointments to keep hygiene chairs full and optimized.
  • Identify patients with incomplete treatment plans and help convert them into scheduled procedures.
  • Support treatment presentation by encouraging booking for high-value services such as implants, full-mouth cases, wisdom teeth, and clear aligners.
  • Verify out-of-network PPO dental benefits and review relevant payer line details.
  • Document patient insurance information accurately in Fuse EMR so the team can present clear out-of-pocket estimates.
  • Coordinate with the on-site team to support provider production and schedule utilization.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of administrative front-office experience in a U.S.-based dental practice.
  • Proven experience with high-volume outbound calling, lead tracking, and converting digital inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Strong understanding of how to verify out-of-network dental benefits, fee schedules, and commercial PPO maximums.
  • Flawless verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Warm, professional, and easy-to-understand phone presence.
  • Secure, completely silent home office environment.
  • High-speed internet, a modern computer setup, and a professional noise-canceling headset.
  • Direct, hands-on experience using Fuse EMR and the Mango Voice platform is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with external dental marketing agencies or managing lead flow from Facebook/Google Ads is strongly preferred.
  • Baseline understanding of dental implants, surgical wisdom teeth extractions, and clear aligner therapies is strongly preferred.
