Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing bus operator partners to support mutual growth and profitability.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other stakeholders to expand Flix’s US East presence.
  • Conduct market research to assess trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute strategy.
  • Develop processes and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Analyze partner performance using data-driven insights and work with internal teams to improve network strategy and profitability.
  • Represent Flix at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an externally facing role such as business development, sales, account management, consulting, or strategic roles.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience building relationships with a variety of companies and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously toward ambitious targets.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
