Description

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with token projects and other strategic stakeholders in the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Cultivate relationships with Chinese-speaking key opinion leaders, influencers, and thought leaders to expand brand reach and platform adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment in Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Use market and regulatory insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align business strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Represent the exchange at industry events, conferences, and in media within Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Communicate the platform’s value proposition and vision in both English and Mandarin.
  • Drive business development initiatives that support Flipster’s market presence and growth in the region.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, particularly derivatives trading.
  • Previous experience working with crypto exchanges.
  • Strong understanding of local crypto regulations in Chinese-speaking regions.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and engaging with influencers or key opinion leaders.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex products and market dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, cross-cultural, and cross-functional environment.
