Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for a territory, from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through both inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting.
  • Run face-to-face meetings and tailored product demos that connect Flipdish’s value to customer goals.
  • Uncover customer pain points, diagnose operational and growth opportunities, and build a consultative business case.
  • Recommend the right solution and commercial structure for each prospect.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders, handle objections, and move opportunities forward efficiently.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets.
  • Maintain a high-quality forecast with clear next steps and strong conversion at each stage.
  • Close well-fit deals and support smooth onboarding with low churn risk.
  • Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in field sales or territory management.
  • A proven track record of building an outbound pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Confidence leading consultative conversations, asking strong questions, and linking product value to business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan a territory and manage time independently.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort discussing pricing, ROI, and contract terms.
  • Restaurant experience or restaurant tech experience selling SaaS to SMB restaurants is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and evidence of closing mid-market or multi-site opportunities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS, online ordering, loyalty, or restaurant operations tools is preferred.
