Description

  • Own a dedicated enterprise territory and build a strong pipeline of international target accounts.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from first contact through closing.
  • Win strategic new customers in the 1,000–5,000+ employee segment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional buying committees across HR, IT, and Communications.
  • Position Flip’s value proposition and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive growth.
  • Develop creative growth strategies and coordinate efforts across the buyer journey.
  • Represent Flip as an ambassador for the company’s mission, values, and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Proven success in new-logo business and hunting for new customers.
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience navigating complex buying centers with HR, IT, Communications, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Structured sales-cycle management experience, ideally with MEDDPICC or a similar framework.
  • Fluent business-level German and English, both written and spoken, especially with decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel for team offsites, QBRs, and important customer meetings.
  • Preferred: Experience selling to organizations with 1,000–5,000+ employees.
