Description

  • Own, develop, and refine the partnership strategy for DoorDash’s convenience and alcohol business.
  • Manage a pipeline of accounts across all stages of the partnership lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape future partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the deal process with internal stakeholders and draft compelling proposals for external partners.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with convenience and alcohol companies in the broader U.S. ecosystem.
  • Identify and solve ambiguous business problems through experimentation and new growth approaches.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable partnership plans and execution steps.
  • Work independently while managing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of business development and sales experience, preferably including high-growth, early-stage startup experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to dig into data and extract insights.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop win-win sales structures and grow partner business.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and gritty work style.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.

  • Base salary range of $144,160 to $212,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $180,200 to $265,000 USD, including base pay and commissions.
