Description

  • Own a full-cycle sales process from discovery through pitch, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple stages with speed and precision.
  • Drive adoption of DoorDash Commerce platform and SaaS offerings among existing merchant accounts.
  • Use data, forecasts, unit economics, and internal insights to build persuasive sales narratives.
  • Engage strategic decision makers, including C-suite leaders, VPs, and business owners.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional partners to support merchant onboarding and adoption.
  • Deepen relationships with existing merchants and identify opportunities to increase revenue share.
  • Contribute to internal sales processes, documentation, and best practices for a scaling product line.
  • Conduct most selling activity virtually through Zoom, phone, and digital tools, with occasional in-person meetings and regional travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS or restaurant technology products.
  • Experience selling in a primarily virtual environment.
  • Strong discovery skills and experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Ability to use data to persuade prospects and forecast outcomes.
  • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline across many stages.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with account managers or service teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue.
  • Ability to travel across the region up to 40% and work flexible hours, with options to work from home.

  • Base salary range of $98,520 to $144,900 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $164,200 to $241,500 USD, including commissions.
  • Sales commission opportunities in addition to base salary.
