Description

  • Develop and grow strategic partner and reseller relationships through account planning and stakeholder management.
  • Drive adoption of partner programs such as referral, reseller, and partner initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new business areas for partners, including new markets, verticals, and solution coverage.
  • Support partners and the field sales team in closing large fleet deals across the Fleetworthy product suite.
  • Create, monitor, review, and execute partner business and marketing plans.
  • Coach and mentor partner sales teams to improve selling, marketing, win rates, and sales cycle times.
  • Coordinate internal Fleetworthy resources, including sales, executives, and marketing support, to advance partner opportunities.
  • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and demand generation to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Communicate Fleetworthy initiatives, programs, product updates, and pricing changes to partners and ensure execution.
  • Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, and develop action plans for at-risk accounts and retention needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel business such as sales, marketing, business development, or a related area.
  • Experience managing large, complex partners with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with or knowledge of insurance and compliance preferred.
  • Experience with multi-channel go-to-market models.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and partner ROI to CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of channel dynamics, including solution selling through partners.
  • Knowledge of the cloud and/or business applications market.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
