Description

  • Act as an advisor and right-hand to executives by managing upward and keeping priorities aligned.
  • Drive accountability across leadership teams to ensure goals and timelines are met.
  • Coach executive effectiveness by improving decision-making, communication, and team performance.
  • Bring structure to fast-paced and ambiguous leadership environments by creating scalable processes.
  • Leverage AI and technology platforms to improve efficiency and automate workflows.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for executives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel logistics, and time prioritization.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, briefings, and follow-up deliverables.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication, documentation, reporting systems, and operational workflows across executive teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives, with exposure to senior leadership or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to work with and influence high-performing executives.
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity, organize chaos, and implement structure.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
  • Highly professional communication skills, including strong writing, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Assertive and proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools and technology platforms to improve effectiveness.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and independent judgment.
