Description

  • Administer the Microsoft 365 environment and core identity infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.
  • Own a meaningful share of the IT ticket queue and serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues.
  • Build and maintain PowerShell and Graph API scripts to automate onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
  • Reduce manual IT work through scripting and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Lead Entra ID SSO expansion across SaaS applications, including SAML/OIDC and SCIM-based provisioning workflows.
  • Maintain the SaaS application catalog, including ownership, licenses, renewals, and SSO/MFA status.
  • Manage user lifecycle, group management, Conditional Access policies, and MFA enforcement in Entra ID.
  • Administer Intune for Windows devices and help evaluate a macOS MDM solution as the Mac fleet grows.
  • Support M365 workloads such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender.
  • Support SOC 2 compliance, security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate on DLP, CASB, data governance, and AI tool governance initiatives.
  • Create and improve helpdesk processes, runbooks, documentation, KB articles, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in an IT systems or infrastructure role.
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, including user and group management, Conditional Access, MFA, and app registrations.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong experience with Intune for Windows device management; familiarity with Jamf or Kandji is a plus.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for scripting and automation; Graph API experience is a plus.
  • Experience integrating SaaS applications with an IdP via SSO using SAML/OIDC and provisioning with SCIM, ideally across 20+ applications.
  • Exposure to SOC 2 compliance processes such as evidence gathering, policy documentation, or control testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or SC-300 are a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, AI tool governance, or FedRAMP compliance is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a criminal background check.
