Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand customer IT needs and evaluate how processes, people, and systems affect service delivery.
  • Analyze detailed customer and operational data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify problematic areas and help implement strategic solutions with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams to keep customer infrastructure secure and operating according to organizational policies.
  • Manage all support services for the customer, including desktop, network, and systems support.
  • Oversee client support tickets, projects, schedules, and key performance indicators.
  • Take full ownership of client relationships and ensure issues are addressed effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Adapt scope and priorities based on changing customer business needs.

Requirements

  • 6-11 years of experience, ideally including 4+ years with a premier business or technology consulting company working directly with customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or 5+ years of experience with BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ticketing and quotation applications such as ConnectWise and QuoteWerks, or similar tools.
  • Experience in technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with customers, internal teams, vendors, and others.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and interact effectively with clients.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, strong data/CRM/cloud/digital project experience, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or life sciences.
