Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business objectives and priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and customized proposals for executive audiences.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to support successful implementation and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks.
  • Work cross-functionally to set priorities and make strategic decisions for enterprise account pursuit.
  • Generate new revenue by closing complex opportunities with large organizations.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting, territory development, and pipeline building for high-value contracts.
  • Strong solution-based selling, consultative selling, and complex sales methodology experience.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with multiple personas and decision paths.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Experience using sales tools and tech stack such as Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-changing, and ambiguous environment.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and startup-minded.
  • Based in Mumbai, India for remote work.
