Description

  • Define success metrics and assess experiment feasibility for activation and retention initiatives across CRM, growth, and product.
  • Design, analyze, and recommend actions for end-to-end experiments, including hypotheses, guardrails, audience splits, power calculations, stopping rules, and readouts.
  • Reframe solution-focused stakeholder requests into measurable customer and business problems.
  • Correct for channel and engagement bias, using causal-inference methods when clean A/B testing is not possible.
  • Develop and launch lifecycle experiments across onboarding, promotions, incentives, product changes, and CRM campaigns.
  • Build segmentation, propensity, churn, and dormancy models to support personalization and incentive targeting.
  • Own the logic and measurement for next-best-action decisions across offers, feature nudges, messages, and channels.
  • Automate recurring audience refreshes, experiment readouts, and activation, onboarding, and retention dashboards.
  • Deploy models through scheduled Databricks jobs and connect warehouse data with downstream tools such as Braze.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with Git-based data warehouse workflows and code review.
  • Strong experiment design, statistical analysis, and metric design skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, challenge requests, and communicate recommendations to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and ability to independently lead an analytics area.
  • Knowledge of causal-inference methods and when to apply them (preferred).
  • Experience with applied clustering and segmentation (preferred).
  • Experience building predictive models with rigorous validation; uplift modeling is a plus.
  • Experience with Braze or a similar CRM platform, including audiences, canvases, split testing, and channel bias (preferred).
