Description

  • Own workforce intelligence client engagements from initial discovery through final deliverables
  • Partner with health system executives and operational leaders to define strategic workforce questions and analyses
  • Lead virtual and in-person collaborative design sessions with customers and prospects
  • Use Claude and Axuall’s MCP data connector to analyze data, test hypotheses, and create reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and interactive tools
  • Deliver analyses on provider supply and demand, recruitment feasibility, competitive alignment, attrition, succession exposure, and service-line growth
  • Review deliverables for analytical accuracy and executive usefulness before client delivery
  • Refine prompts, templates, and analytical approaches to build a reusable library of agents and analyses
  • Capture market feedback and share structured use-case and output-quality recommendations with the product team
  • Support sales and client services through demos, executive conversations, and engagement scoping

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of healthcare analytics experience using claims and market data to address executive strategic questions
  • Healthcare analytics or consulting experience working with health system executives, at a consulting firm, healthcare data company, or health system strategy or planning group
  • Experience producing executive-ready reports and presentations that translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of physician recruitment and retention, workforce supply and demand, service-line strategy, and referral and alignment dynamics
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to distinguish credible findings from plausible but unsupported conclusions
  • Hands-on interest in AI and modern analytics tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, workflows, or automations
  • Awareness of LLM limitations and risks; software engineering experience is not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead working sessions with C-suite leaders
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and success in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; Axuall is unable to sponsor visas
  • Ability to attend in-person orientation in Cleveland, Ohio and travel occasionally as needed
