Description

Prepare and review end-of-lease invoices using a four-eyes quality assurance process.
Ensure all billing items are transparent, accurate, and processed consistently.
Handle customer complaints and disputed damage cases independently.
Assess case details in a structured way and coordinate with legal teams or external attorneys when needed.
Act as the operational link between Customer Care, Active Fleet, B2B, Damage Management, and Legal.
Maintain smooth information flow and clear ownership across the process chain.
Track tickets and ongoing cases proactively to keep work moving forward.
Identify recurring error patterns and contribute improvement ideas to increase process quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Initial work experience in commercial administration, customer support, coordination, or a similar back-office role.
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, such as office management or automotive sales.
Very high diligence and attention to detail.
Structured and reliable working style with the ability to manage multiple open cases at once.
Confident use of digital tools such as Zendesk, Office applications, and dashboards.
Very good German language skills at C2 level.
Good English language skills at B2 level.
