Description

  • Develop executive-level and customer-facing materials that reflect Figma’s strategic vision and resonate with senior buyers.
  • Build and own the content infrastructure for the global sales team, including pitch decks, ROI assessments, persona materials, sales play frameworks, and customer story content.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align sales content with product launches and ensure the field can position new and existing capabilities.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to understand pipeline needs, deal dynamics, and content gaps across the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to activate new materials through onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Establish intake and feedback loops between sales and marketing to keep content current and effective in the field.
  • Develop narratives, frameworks, enablement, and assets that help sellers engage buyers at every stage of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related field, with experience developing sales content or go-to-market narratives.
  • Proven success in positioning and messaging, product launch support, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to translate product and market dynamics into clear, value-selling narratives.
  • Track record of building customer-facing sales content such as executive decks, one-pagers, persona-based materials, ROI/value materials, messaging frameworks, and sales plays.
  • Understanding of how deals progress and what sellers need at each stage, with experience supporting enterprise or strategic deal cycles.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to synthesize input from sales, marketing, and product into cohesive content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Command of the Message narrative framing, preferred.
  • Familiarity with design, product development, or developer tools and workflows, preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience such as sales, customer success, or consulting, preferred.
  • Experience with Figma products, preferred.
