Description

  • Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve daily execution for sales reps and managers.
  • Integrate systems across the GTM stack using APIs, automation platforms, and lightweight internal tools.
  • Ensure clean data flow, reliable execution, and production readiness for workflow automation.
  • Apply LLMs pragmatically by constraining outputs and building quality checks and monitoring.
  • Partner with SalesOps, Enablement, and GTM Systems on requirements, rollout, governance, and deployment.
  • Create reusable patterns such as templates, agents, connectors, and documentation to support broader adoption.
  • Define success metrics for each workflow and track adoption and business impact.
  • Iterate on workflows based on real usage, outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping production-grade automations or internal tools across GTM systems, including Salesforce and adjacent tooling.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations and maintaining data hygiene in production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar tools.
  • Ability to explain how quality and safety were ensured in AI workflows.
  • Strong coding ability with comfort working in SQL and operational data.
  • Strong product and stakeholder instincts with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into shippable solutions.
  • Experience with agentic patterns and monitoring AI workflows in production is a plus.
  • Experience building internal Slack tooling or CRM-embedded experiences for sales teams is a plus.
  • Salesforce development depth or equivalent CRM engineering experience is a plus.
  • Full-time availability and ability to work from a US hub or remotely within the United States.
