Description

  • Build and maintain a centralized messaging system that serves as the source of truth for launch messaging, campaign language, and sales enablement materials across the product portfolio.
  • Develop actionable buyer and user personas based on qualitative research, behavioral insight, need state, AI fluency, workflow stage, and purchase context.
  • Integrate competitive and market intelligence into go-to-market materials so teams work from current, validated context.
  • Partner with Launch PMMs to maintain narrative coherence across product pillars without slowing execution.
  • Translate audience and messaging strategy into language that design and go-to-market and sales teams can use to hit their goals.
  • Establish and run cross-functional working rhythms between PMM, Product Growth, and design and go-to-market teams to keep messaging context flowing.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, build scalable workflows, and prototype frameworks faster.
  • Contribute to a horizontal narrative thread that connects Figma’s product portfolio into a single story for each audience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with significant time in multi-product or multi-segment B2B SaaS.
  • Deep experience developing personas rooted in qualitative research and behavioral insight.
  • Strong cross-functional skills, including aligning stakeholders and influencing without authority.
  • Ability to adapt communication for audiences ranging from design and go-to-market analysts to CMO-level stakeholders.
  • Experience messaging products that are actively redefining their category and building a market frame from scratch.
  • Genuine empathy for cross-functional workflows and the ability to translate across different contexts and constraints.
  • Proven background in product-led growth and enterprise dual motion (preferred).
  • Comfort leveraging AI as a core part of your workflow when the problem calls for it (preferred).
  • Track record of scaling an emerging segment program from 0 to 1 (preferred).
  • Background in building or contributing to brand narrative and category positioning, with comfort using usage data or pipeline analytics to validate messaging effectiveness (preferred).
