Description

  • Help build the future of People Analytics at Figma.
  • Own the technical foundations for People Analytics, including database design, analytics tooling, and architecture.
  • Design and build data applications that support People Analytics across multiple use cases.
  • Own machine learning operations and deployment.
  • Partner with teams across People, Talent, Finance, Engineering, and other functions to support decision-making.
  • Work on workforce planning and recruiting analytics.
  • Support employee listening, research, organizational health, and collaboration analysis.

Requirements

  • Deep HR domain knowledge.
  • Fluency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R.
  • Experience with distributed data systems such as Redshift, Snowflake, Presto, Hive, or Spark.
  • Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting.
  • Strong business partnership skills.
  • I/O Psychology background is preferred.
  • Experience implementing LLMs or AI into workflows is preferred.
  • Full-stack development experience managing web applications is preferred.
  • Experience working with Figma Design and the Figma platform is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Must be able to work from a US hub or remotely within the United States.
