Description

  • Lead procurement data analytics, reporting, and system administration for procurement tools.
  • Review Corporate Services and Marketing & Events contracts with Legal, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and risk frameworks.
  • Create RFIs and RFPs and support vendor negotiations across non-technology services.
  • Review, summarize, analyze, and present procurement data and findings in a clear, structured format.
  • Prepare and distribute procurement spend reports on monthly or quarterly schedules.
  • Create recurring metrics reports covering key procurement measures such as cost savings, procurement influence, and payment terms.
  • Support sourcing strategy and procurement optimization by providing data insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, P2P, and other teams to gather monthly and quarterly data for analysis.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for category sourcing managers and functional leads on category-specific spend reports.
  • Update and maintain procurement tools and configurations, support system administration, and lead implementation of new tools or features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in purchasing or finance data analysis.
  • Strong ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data-driven opportunities and risks.
  • Strong data analytics and report-building skills using MS Excel and Google G-Suite.
  • Advanced experience with procurement tools such as Workday Strategic Sourcing (ScoutRFP), ServiceNow, Monday.com, Netsuite, and Confluence Wiki is an asset.
  • Experience with project management, including change management.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity and good judgment, with the ability to recommend and select the best overall solution.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers.
  • Willingness to work EMEA hours (1pm to 10pm IST) with flexibility to support global time zones when needed.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies in procurement data analytics.
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently toward goals.
