Description

  • Configure, load, and maintain accumulator, claims, and override data in Judi.
  • Support customer migrations from prior adjudication systems into Judi with parity of logic and initiatives.
  • Develop repeatable implementation processes, milestones, and project plans for data setup.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and SLA performance.
  • Perform QA and claims testing to confirm data loads produce correct adjudication results.
  • Partner with Analytics to create automated and manual test cases and monitoring processes.
  • Identify build risks and defects early and coordinate mitigation with Product teams and clients.
  • Contribute to playbooks and templates that standardize future client onboardings.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues for stakeholders within service level agreements.
  • Participate in meetings, travel, or service support outside standard business hours when needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an analyst, software engineering, or related role.
  • 1+ year of PBM or health plan operations experience handling adjudication configurations.
  • Experience performing complex analyses on large datasets.
  • Knowledge of data management, statistics, and modeling.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JSON, Java, R, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and travel 5-10%.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • Experience working with AWS Redshift preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $76,800 to $121,000 USD.
