Description

  • Architect and lead end-to-end tagging and tracking strategy across AXS digital properties.
  • Develop, build, test, and deploy tags, triggers, and variables through Adobe Data Collection.
  • Manage the quality, integrity, evaluation, QA, and optimization of data collection on a day-to-day basis.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to align data collection with business needs.
  • Build data feeds and pipelines from Adobe Analytics and Rudderstack and support integration into downstream systems.
  • Own analytics governance and quality assurance audits to validate tracking accuracy across platforms and environments.
  • Analyze web and mobile performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and issues affecting engagement, traffic, and conversion.
  • Maintain dashboards, automated reports, standardized KPIs, and reporting cadence for leadership and business teams.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in web, digital, or product analytics, ideally in e-commerce or B2B.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch / Experience Platform Data Collection, including data layer architecture and instrumentation.
  • Proven experience with or certification in Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager is a strong plus.
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, and technical site tagging.
  • Ability to debug and resolve complex implementation issues.
  • Experience with marketing tags, consent management tools such as OneTrust, and privacy-compliant global tagging solutions for GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.
  • Experience tracking mobile app KPIs for iOS and Android.
  • Prior exposure to BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and behavioral analytics across customer journeys.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Music, live entertainment, or ticketing industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
