Description

  • Build and maintain a reliable view of the global email calendar across lifecycle programs, product updates, campaigns, and related sends.
  • Run intake and prioritization processes to help teams plan work, avoid conflicts, and make timing and audience decisions.
  • Create clarity and alignment through documentation and repeatable processes as email volume and audience grow.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the external email production agency and vendors, ensuring quality, SLAs, and smooth collaboration.
  • Set standards for briefing requests, delivering assets, QA, and moving work from concept to send.
  • Evaluate and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline email production, review, and scheduling.
  • Project manage large cross-functional initiatives and report on email campaign impact on a regular cadence to partners.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in email operations, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or a similar production- and process-focused role.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Experience with ESPs such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for fast-moving, cross-functional work.
  • Comfort navigating data, project tools, and workflow systems.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline manual work or build new workflows.
  • Experience managing vendors or production agencies is a plus.
  • Basic email HTML/CSS knowledge to support QA is a plus.
  • Experience working on global email programs or across multiple regions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle strategy, segmentation, personalization, or experimentation is a plus.
