Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment for safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide a customer-facing, high-touch delivery experience that supports the car-buying process.
  • Participate in local community activities as part of the customer advocate role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to work shifts from 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with availability 7 days a week and rotating days off.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary credential in the local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment, with Carvana sponsoring the process.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within 2 weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days of employment.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within 2 weeks of employment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking/standing for 8+ hours, loading/unloading vehicles, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or snow.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
