Description

  • Create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key executive decision-makers at new and existing enterprise customers with 5,000+ employees.
  • Understand complex business challenges and align Figma’s products and roadmap to long-term customer needs.
  • Develop strategic account plans through thorough analysis of company priorities, initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage a book of business by tiering accounts and using retention strategies to reduce contractions.
  • Co-create with cross-functional partners to position Figma effectively, move deals forward, and support customer success.
  • Advance executive-level relationships through in-person meetings and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with an enterprise book of customers (5,000+ employees), selling to executives.
  • Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles lasting 6 months or longer.
  • A sales methodology and process that creates value for customers.
  • Experience selling solutions to technical audiences at a strategic level, such as Engineering, Product, or Design teams (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a changing environment (preferred).
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery (preferred).
