Description

  • Own the success of a portfolio of top enterprise customers across complex stakeholder groups and multi-team deployments.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, customer champions, admins, and end users.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans tied to customer goals, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead business reviews and success check-ins to communicate value, adoption progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Guide customers through deployments, workflow standardization, change management, and end-user training at scale.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Solutions/Implementation, Support, Product, and Leadership to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement signals to proactively improve adoption and reduce risk.
  • Serve as an escalation point and coordinate internal teams to resolve strategic customer issues.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by sharing feedback, themes, and use cases with Product and cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to Fieldwire’s strategic enterprise customer success playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Solutions Engineering.
  • Experience owning renewals and adoption outcomes for complex accounts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Background in construction technology or direct construction experience is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working directly with frontline teams such as admins and end users.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product adoption to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience preparing for and facilitating business reviews and success check-ins for executive stakeholders.
  • Comfort partnering with Sales and Account teams on renewals and expansion.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and help build new processes in a scaling enterprise motion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary range of $113,400 to $138,600.
  • Eligibility for a corporate bonus of up to 30%.
  • Remote work location within the United States.
